Goddess Tara is probably the oldest Goddess still honoured in modern times. A version of the Divine Feminine exists in virtually every culture. She is the Goddess of Wisdom, Compassion and Power. Our Protector and Remover of Sorrows. She is Serene Peace, Joyful and Radiant Health. By singing her manra “Om Tare Tutare Ture Soha” and dancing all her 21 Qualities we receive her blessings and empower each other.

Turning the mind away from self obsession and into the wonder and glory of the interconnected web of life, we exalt in One Heart, One Mind, One Magnificent, Pulsing Universe. As a meditative dance, the rhythmic movements and creative expression allows calming of the mind, focus, concentration and peace. We dance this dance to create a more peaceful, joyfull, equitable and sustainable world.
